[ModPortal] Cannot update mod

I cannot update my mod.

Error: Access forbidden. Please refresh the page and try again. (code: 403)

It says it's a 403 error but I'm logged in. I've tried logging out and in then re-uploading several times. I've even tried a new incognito browser window.

I've tried repackaging the zip file, it's not much different from one I uploaded a few days ago.

I'm using Chrome 63.0.3239.132 on Windows 10.

This is strange, can you see any errors in the javascript console in developer tools?

It fails on 100% upload progress, but that does take a while so maybe the authentication has expired at that point?

I can update the text plates mod,

The notable difference between mods are:
Filesize
Time for upload to complete.
Alien Biomes does not have anything selected in the Licence dropdown select, as it uses a special licence.

Selecting blank licence is not even an option on the Text Plates mod. The licence section of the mod portal looks different, maybe the new portal is not supporting special licences properly?

How long does the upload take? The tokens expire in 10 minutes I think, so that would cause this.

It took over 10 minutes, maybe a little over 20. That wasn't a problem a couple of weeks ago.

I increased the timeout to 20 minutes. If that's not enough, you'll need to upload it from somewhere with faster internet.

The upload is finishing so 20 minutes is enough, thanks.

But now there's an error that pops up, this is not like the previous 403 error that sits in a block with the main page content.

This is the licence setting. The selected option looks blank but there is a value selected.

I haven't modified this or changed the selection, it's what's already there when I go to the edit page.

I would probably work if I selected a different option, it worked with text plates, but I'm not prepared to release this mod under any of the other licence options so this is blocking further updates.

unfortunately, here in Brazil the upload is very slow for the portal, and when the mod is above 45MB it is impossible to upload
