The game crash when opening the railway Painter button and trying to create a new rule. Step to reproduce:

• Create a new world and research the railway painter tech, or use a sandbox world.
  Open the railway painter interface, click new to create a new rule.
  Game crash with an error.

The code of the two mod were untouched, except for the GUi update. The only change in the add_instance function that the error report say was a colspan changed to column_count

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.16.
