[Rseding91] [0.16.15] Gui glitch, double clicking scrollbar

If you double click this area:
It will scroll the list and then immediately load the selected save.
What should happen: List should get scrolled to the top.
What happends instead: List gets scrolled to the top, and, selected save is loaded automatically.
It also happens if the srollbar bar is at the top and you clink the area under it, instead of above.
