Place a station and connect it to a constant combinator.

tick station enable/disable and set signal A=0 as enable condition.
set constant combinator to A=1 and on.

the station now disables.

now untick enable/disable.
set constant combinator off.
tick enable/disable

station does not enable again even though A=0.

only after turning on the constant combinator and turning it off again will it re-enable the station.

Also, side note, but this bug affects everything that can be enabled/disabled by circuit network, not just stations
