[0.16.10]Burner inserter does not show that it's out of fuel

I fed the burner inserter with 1 piece of coal, and set the stack size to 1 (forced) and then let it run out, so the red "out of fuel" icon showed up on the inserter. Then I fed the inserter with 1 piece of wood and turned up the game speed to 4. When the inserter stopped working due to being out of fuel, the red "out of fuel" icon did not show up on the inserter, even after setting the game speed back to 1. Even after saving + loading the icon does not show.
