Version 15.x - latest version of 15.
I play on 2 different computers & use steam sync to keep my games up to date. If I make a change to a BP book in my BP library on the laptop next time I play on the desktop there will be 2 versions of the BP book. If I then make a change to one of these books next time I go to the other computer there will be 3 copies, and so on. Each time I change computers I have to sift through the books & delete the oldest version if I can work it out.

This should be fixed in 0.16 because we stopped merging library store in save and external library, instead external library overwrites in-save library every time you load the save.

That creates new problem for you though, as libraries between your two computers won't sync.

Does this mean when I upgrade to 16 I will end up with a different blueprint library on each computer?

Yes, we might add blueprint library to Steam cloud sync before we release 0.16 as stable.
