[0.10.8][slpwnd] Deconstruction de-syncs replay

The title is pretty much all that needs to be said.
Using the deconstruction tool de-syncs the replay (but doesn't actually trigger a de-sync error) - the replay just stops all progress at that point.
Steps to reproduce:

Steps to reproduce:
- Start a new game
- Research everything
- Build a roboport and put a construction robot in it
- Tell the robot to deconstruct something
- Save the game and load it as a replay
