[wheybags] [0.16.6] "Overwrite stack size" in blueprints arn't saved

Hello
If I create a blueprint that contains inserters with "Overwrite stack size" set to !=1, save the game and reload it, the number gets set to 1.
Can someone confirm that?
To replicate:
1. place inserter
2. enable "overwrite stack size" for it and set it to e.g. 3
3. create a blueprint of it
4. place blueprint --> stack size still correct
5. save the game
6. load the game
7. place blueprint --> stack size is now 1
Also the blueprint string changes:
