[kovarex] achievements are reset

every time I start the game
all my achievments are reset...
or atleast when I restart my pc

I'm experiencing this same issue. I have not tried it without mods, although to my knowledge none of my mods add/change achievements. I play the game through Steam.

Steps to reproduce:
Create a game, earn an achievement, save and quit, and then reload the save. The achievement will be reset.

Same problem here, every time I load up a save I start getting pop-ups for the achievements I've gotten previously.

Can someone with this issue reproduce it then look in the log file and see if it has "Failed to save achievement data: ..."?

I have this issue, too. I just loaded my savegame, waited a few secs until I got my achievements, then saved and closed the game and checked the log.
I did not find "Failed to save achievement data: ..." in the logs. The words "error", "achievement" and "fail" don't show up either.

I've just had this issue produce itself.
Unfortunately nothing in the log file.

Steps to reproduce:
Start Factorio*
Load save game.
Wait ~3 seconds.
Achievements start to appear.
*if loading game a second time, without restarting Factorio, achievements do not appear.

TL;DR - If mods are enabled, then it is not registering the achievements as completed. I obtained the Steam Achievements after disabling all mods and did not receive the achievements on a 2nd load without any mods enabled.

The bug with modded version of achievements not working properly in steam is fixed for the next version.
