[kovarex] [16.4] Full belt uncompressing at specific position

I have a full belt of copperplates, at a random position it just 'uncompresses' it self.

Removing and rebuilding the blue belts has no effect. It starts to jitter at the same spot.

Nope, triple checked. All blues.

I suspect the belts are pretty long. Maybe this is related to viewtopic.php?f=23&t=53963 but now with 0.16 it is worse.

Perhaps additional examples are of limited utility but, just in case, here's a bunch of belts with the same disease in 0.16.15. Note that, at least in this case, each instance of the problem occurs at a transport line boundary according to the debug view.

I tested the save again after fixing the Splitters uncompressing belts bugfix (55645) and it doesn't happen in the save anymore, so I consider this to be fixed by that fix as well.
