[0.16.4] Zooming in black map areas reveals the area

When zooming deep enough in not yet scanned black areas in the map overview you can see the land. This works only on blacked out map segments.
This is confirmed to work an Linux as well as windows.

Confirm this for Windows, it reveals the Area as long as there is all black on the map but already generated...
