[16.1] Right click broken on electrical info screen

In .15, while looking at the electrical network info screen you could right click a building type to hide just its power usage. this functionality is now broken in .16.1, i would have to guess this is due to "Added separate control option for placing tags on the map, so by default map scroll is left click, and place tag is right click." but I can't be sure.
