[kovarex] [0.16.0] icon_size shrinks the darkening background

Hi,
As a followup on 54373...
The icon_size is shrinking the image (thanks for that), but this also shrinks the darker background on the assembly mashines:
On the left you see an assembler with a 32x32 image, so the darker circle around it (on the assembler, so you can see the icon beter) is 'normal'.
On the right you see an assembler with a 64x64 image (so it' shrunk too half it size), but also the black background shrunk, so it's not as dark anymore
On a close up it's not realy an issue, but when you zoom out it's getting harder to see the image correctly
