Hi, please see attached bug report with the new 0.16 beta.

Game crashes when loading, in the building prototypes phase.
I did have a lot of mods installed, but it went fine with all 0.15 releases so far.

Thanks for the report.
It has been fixed for 0.16.1.
If you delete crop-cache.dat located at %APPDATA%\Factorio\crop-cache.dat, the game will load
