Thanks for the report, I am looking into it. So far I see it is the same issue as in this report

Ok, this desync seems to be related to blueprint synchronization mechanism, which has already been improved for 0.16 in which it should not occur anymore. So marking as solved. I don't have any advice on how to avoid it for now, but it should be rather rare and random and trying again should go through.
