[0.15.33] Stall of headless server: Saving scenario failed
Posted: Mon Aug 21, 2017 11:57 am
It appears that when you start a headless server with --start-server-load-scenario "FactorioScenarioMultiplayerSpawn" in the startup parameters and then you run /save from rcon, you will immediately stall and make the server say not responding due to a save path not being resolved. The auto save feature works perfectly fine without crashing, only saving from rcon with /save will crash the server.
On another note, if I start a server with --start-server "F:\GameServ\Steam\steamapps\common\Factorio01d\saves\_autosave1.zip" in the startup parameters instead of --start-server-load-scenario "FactorioScenarioMultiplayerSpawn", the /save commands workes perfectly fine as it has a save path predefined in the parameters.
