[0.15.23] Removing land mines makes no sound

When land mines are removed by right-clicking they do not make the "remove" sound.

They make plenty of noise when the biters remove them.
Would you want them to make noise if you were removing them?
in all seriousness, I never noticed on account of never having used them and I suspect the manual removal rate is low enough for the limbo championship

They should make the same removal noise that everything such as labs and assembling machines makes. I also only noticed because I was testing something for the wiki
