We never said we supported this behavior, click and drag does not work this way for any other inventories.

It seems to work with other inventories.
And it even works with the blueprint book as long as it is not empty.

The title was confusing as to what the problem was - I've updated it to better describe what the bug is

I "experienced" this issue the other day, but I found that there's a small section of the window that a blueprint can be dropped into if the book is empty, to put the blueprint into it.

Thanks, this should be fixed in 0.15.22.
