First bug report, sorry if I have some kind of improper format. In the Tight Spot scenario in Level 2 where you need to create Electronic Circuits, the Filter Inserters seem to often lose their filter and not have any filter or move any items. Upon much testing, this appears to happen with 100% reproducability towards the bottom right corner of the map, and 0% most other places. When I hit the "Start" button to run the simulation, they lose the filter regardless of which filter they have, seemingly only based on their placed location.

Attached are a log and the save file to reproduce. The furthest right filter inserter is set to only move coal, but will lose it's filter and do nothing as soon as start is clicked.

If someone has some explanation for this bug that is not a glitch, I would like to know. Thanks in advance all.
