The progress of unlocking level's is not saved propperly, if you exit at level 4, and start a new compain, you can only start from level 1 or 2.
What i have noticed is;

Level 1, no finish level popup, with time/replay button. (goes directly to level 2)
level 2, has a finish level popup, with time/replay button. (need to press finish level button)
level 3, no finish level popup. (goes directly to level3)
level 4, not tested yet. (need to start from level 2 again, will report back, but you might want to check them all)

I finshed level 4, and there was a popup with time/replay button.
I quit game, go back to Campain, want to start my level 4 or level 5 (should have unlocked that when i finshed level 4)

I only see 3 Levels. See printscreen. When i load op level 3. I get level 5....

The levels are saving correctly, just the naming of the internal levels was not consistent with the campaign level names

I have fixed this for the next release, it will show as:

Level 1, Part 1
Level 1, Part 2

Level 2, Part 1
Level 2, Part 2
