Server (headless 0.15.9 on headless Ubuntu) is in Canada, clients (Win 7) are in the US. Repro steps - start server, connect with client, wait 5-10 seconds, leave game, try to reconnect, and instant desync after "catching up". After a player is first on the server they can be on for any amount of time, but once they've disconnected they won't be able to get back on (instant desync) until a server restart. I can PM SSH credentials for the server itself if it would help isolate the issue. Let me know if there's anything else you need.
