[0.15.8] Construction bots getting stuck repairing themselfs (MotherReport)

Updated to 0.15.8, and accidentally set a couple assemblers on fire. Some personal construction bots got damaged, so other bots went out to fix them, and also got damaged.
A few bots will try to repair each other, and fail, and get stuck forever. Even when they run out of charge, they recharge and then go back at it.
Research is up to robot worker speed 7, if it matters.

[15.9] Constructionbot repair issue

If 2 contruction bots repair a wall while is wall is on fire and the bots take damage, they keep in fire until they die, also they dont repair itself, so if the fire stops, they still keep at this position and trying repairing them. This ends up 2 constructions doing nothing else then trying to repair themself. This behavior is especially annoying if you have flameturrets, so the bots keep in fire until they die without repairing themself.

[0.15.9] Damaged construction robots hangs

Hello,
Here is the save where two construction robots from my personal roboport trying to do something (as I think, they would like to repair each other), but have been unable to, and just "dance" at the same place. I can't even take them back to inventory when they are dancing.
Expected that they would repair each other in normal way and get back to inventory by themselves.

I came to the bug forum to report this exact issue, so I thought I'd upload my save as well in case that helps.

I got a video of it in 15.9.
(Took me 20 minutes to capture, I'm damn well posting it.)

Jup. i had the same problem, got frustrated with a blueprint book, tried to set it on fire.
Bots tried to save it, And now i have 20 bots doing nothing but headbanging.
Can replicate this with robotspeed 5 and 7, so thats not the problem.

In 0.15.9, I encountered this issue just now after some construction bots took damage in a fight. I am not near a robot network, so these are just in my inventory deploying via personal roboports.
Once the fight was over, I noticed 3 damaged bots just floating in place while 3 other bots were trying to repair them. The bots were not regaining any life, so the other bots would just keep recharging and going back to repair. I was able to collect them all with right-click and now just have some damaged bots in my inventory. If I deploy them into the world, the problem starts again (bots diligently try to repair). It seems that no repair packs actually get consumed during the process.

While we are waiting for release where this is fixed, my workaround is following:
Step out of your roboport area, remove all your personal roboports, deploy damaged bots (please note that you can deploy non-damaged ones as well since they are deployng so fast), repair them manually then collect them and wear your personal roboports back
