[0.15.6] Some font glyphs not rendered

All of the numbers I set in combinators, inserters, etc disappeared. Ex when connecting an inserter to a chest with a red/green wire and setting it's enabled condition to iron ore < 2k, the '2k' no longer shows up in the box. The inserter still operates as it is expected to and the number appears in the select a signal box, it's just not displayed in the inserter, or combinator or anything else.
I am currently using the steam version with no mods.

When I went back into the game today to take a screenshot, the numbers returned. I took a screenshot anyway for reference, posted below. Last night they had disappeared sometime in the middle of the game running. I attached both the current and previous log files just in case.
The box the number was in was also darker in color when the number had disappeared.

It's a known issue with our fonts and not related to the circuit network.
I renamed the topic for easier sorting.

I'm afraid it isn't. Just had this for the "4" character in my game. A restart fixed it.
Initially it might be related to me switching a second screen on (win+p to extended screen) during the game load screen (the one directly after starting, not loading of a save game).

Hi,
I believe it's to do with the UI scaling and the UI not using subpixel rendering. The screenshot was taken at 70% UI scaling at the image resolution and is missing the hyphen.

It took me a very long time to find out that you could have negative numbers in a combinator because of this.
You are even able to find UI scaling values & resolutions where the hyphen appears and disappears as you move the window around the screen.

We increased the minimum UI scale to 80%.
When the game is being loaded and weird things are done, like screen switching etc. Weird results can happen.
