I just noticed something that may not be a bug because it makes sense logic-wise,
but may still be an annoyance because it doesn't seem intended.
I wanted to place an assembler-3 via personal roboport blueprint with 3 green modules, but next to it was an inserter from the same blueprint, already extended to insert blue modules. So my bot built the assembler, but by the time another bot got sent out to add the green modules, there were already 2 blue modules in the assembler. So I got 2 blue and 2 green modules instead of 3 green, like my blueprint stated.
It makes sense that modules may be inserted, but the blueprint result is not the same as intended.
Steps to reproduce with my save file (bf4.zip):
- Build the blueprint from slot 7 north of the line east of the player
- The bots should build everything except for one assembler
- Take the assembler from the chest west of the player

Re: [15.6] Inserter adds modules to assembly machine
Thanks for the report,
This is just what tends to happen when the inserters are built before the assembling machine,
It would take some work to fix, and isn't super priority, so i will move it to minor issues
