On the launch of the game the window appears misaligned - it is 10 pixels to the left ~~and (probably) 10 pixels up~~ from where it's supposed to be. As a result, it's a little off the screen to the left.
Introduced in 0.15.3, still valid in 0.15.13. In previous version it is fine.
On Windows 7 with classic theme.

Upd: version bump, confirmed that there is no vertical misalign.

It's still there, nothing has changed in that regard since 0.15.3.
