When you have a blueprint item on the cursor and you want to drop it inside a blueprint book in your blueprint library then you cannot open the blueprint book with the RMB. When you try the blueprint item will be added to the top level of your blueprint library.

Reproduce:
* Create a new empty blueprint item and create a new blueprint
* Create an empty blueprint book in your blueprint library
* Select your created blueprint item
* Open the blueprint library
* Right click on the blueprint book in your blueprint library while holding the blueprint item.

Now the blueprint item gets added to the top level of the library, but actually you wanted to open the blueprint book and place it there.

When I right click the book in the library, the blueprint is added to that book, not to the library

Can you confirm this issue persists in 0.15.10?

It's fixed now.
