How to reproduce:
1. In main menu click Options and then Mods
2. try to scroll down using mouse wheel (yes, I have quite a few mods, RSO, Rapmant AI and Picker extended add a lot of options)
3. Find out that it doesnt work and that you have to youse the bar on the right in order to scroll down.

Not a game-breaker, but reporting anyway

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.15.
