[0.15.3] Research screen not scrolled down on complete

When opening the research screen after completing a research, the screen has selected the completed research, but it doesn't scroll down to just completed one but sits at the top of the list. Since manually selecting a technology does scroll down to the next available, I would expect this just completed screen to do so as well.
