With a combinator configured as a memory cell for signal-black <32 :


When I blank the output signal by right clicking it, the combinator continues to hold it's value:

I think Combinators are only evaluated once their inputs change. Might be a good idea to reevaluate on changing their settings too.

This should be fixed in the next version of 0.15.
