Hovering over a train shows the current items but not fluids.
Similarly train stops should output the contents of fluid wagons.

As side effect neither inventory full/empty nor inactivity condition seem to work with fluid wagons.

This sounds more like a bug to me. Moved.

update for 0.15.2
Trains and stops stil don't show fluids.
Inactivity, empty/full rules still don't work with this test setup.

0.15.3: Train contents are not sent over the circuit network in manual.
