[0.10.0] Splitters misaligned on rotated blueprint.

While placing a blueprint that contains splitters, I noticed that when it is rotated 90o, the splitters become misaligned.
Ordinarily this doesn't seem to affect the placed blueprint, but I found it can block the blueprint from being placed at all - the misaligned splitters' position appears to be being used to determine whether or not something is blocking the blueprint.
