I'm not sure whether or not to file this all as one bug...

1. Copying wires from smart chests to other smart chests places red wires, regardless of what the original had.

Reproduction:
1. Place some smart chests and an electricity pole (any type) near them.
2. Have green wires in your inventory.
3. Connect a green wire from the pole to the chest.
4. Shift right click that chest and then shift left click other chests.
If you have red wires, it will place one, otherwise it will say "No Red wire in the inventory"

2. Wires aren't copied from logistic chests at all.

I thought one can only make pole-pole and pole-other connections, (and not other-other, as in chest-chest)

It is pole-chest.

Oh, didn't know you could copy the connection like that.
Thanks for the video, that nicely explained what the feature should do and what it does

PS: Shouldn't the bottom inserter be out of reach -> the copying fail?
If so, please open another ticket for copying wires on iserters
PPS:Does the same issue (if any) exist for chests as well?

Thanks for the report guys. All three bugs (green vs. red, copy not working for logistic containers, paste working for entities too far) will be fixed in the 0.10.1.

P.S. It is great to have bug reports in form of little videos
