[14.21] Column dividers in Mod screen don't terminate right

If I had more space in the Subject I would have called it "Column dividers in the Mod screen don't terminate properly when you've used the search box," as that seems to be the extent of the problem. Some pictures:
This image shows what I'm talking about. The white lines of the column dividers extend below where it seems they should, and (in my opinion) it looks weird. I'm assuming it's a bug because:
As this second image shows, the column dividers do not extend below the selection when there's nothing in the search box. Regardless of whether the lines are supposed to extend or not, the behavior is inconsistent and as such here I am reporting a bug.
Further, if you look at the top mod in the second picture, you can see that the white lines extend above the top mod a little bit as well. It's certainly not as visible as the problem at the bottom of the mods screen, but it's there nonetheless.
So even though this is an extremely minor issue, I thought I'd report it because you guys at Wube seem to like it when everything is perfect. So, unless this is for some reason intended behavior, maybe take a look at the layout/length of the lines on the Mod screen
(I originally submitted this with [14.20], but that was incorrect. These screenshots are from version 14.21)
