Two of my trains think the are at IronPlates stations but there are at SteelSmelting stations. Now they can't depart because the condition can't be met because they are at the wrong stations.

it would be easier to figure out what went wrong, and how to correct it if you upload the save.

A save file from before the trains went in the station the last time would be helpful.

This is the last autosave I had.I have no idea what the trains are doing at that very moment, but you should be able to find them and stations by searching for SteelSmelting.

Its already broken in this save as well.

Most likely what happened is you deleted the active stop while the train was waiting in the station which would cause what you're seeing. I fixed that issue for 0.15.

That stop was not deleted at any point. It might have been disconnected from power but that's it. I looked in saves earlier than the one I uploaded and the problem is present in a save from .14.17 but not my previous save which is from .14.12 (26 days between the save dates). So I uploaded that earlier save, hope that it helps. Btw: The trains never left that station after this point I think because I wasn't using the steel setup.

Just clicking on "Go to station" without changing anything fixes it. It's still not supposed to happen, so I reported it as a bug, which it is.

This should be fixed for 0.15.
