Hello.

While doing some of the achievements in the game i noticed that one achievement got ticked ingame but not on steam.
It is the "eco unfriendly" one.

I have successfuly beaten the game in which i researched oil processing of course.
In the ingame achievements window it tells me i have done eco unfriendly but in my steam library its not reached.

I dont think i have a way of resetting this one ingame manually to try again if it is accepted the next time i do it.

No mods were installed in my last playthrough and all other achievements are showing correctly in steam.

If you need a save file or something please let me know.

Indeed. There's more examples of this (and some unsatisfactory workarounds) in the "Achievements not quite working right" thread, e.g. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=27913&start=20#p214986

I was afraid of this, as it could be abused to get steam achievements easily, but whatever.

In the next version 0.14.15, the locally gained achievements will be automatically reported to steam on startup if needed.

The problems games have with steam make me wonder why anyone likes it and much more why really use it.

Had this game been launched only on steam, I would have never bought it.

Actually, there not so many, as far as I know. I personally prefer buying off steam (gog), so I have version of the game that can be played (and installed) without steam, but apart that, steam is doing pretty good job.

Thank you for fixing it. Got the achievement now on game startup.

I personally dont care about the fact that people can "cheat" their achievements.
For me its a personal goal, or long term motivation to play a game i would otherwise not play any longer after finishing it.

If someone wants to destroy his own oppertunity to do so by cheating, then its a personal loss for the person themself.

So now i'm preparing for my next achievement...
