Nobody can join my server anymore!

It gets desynced everytime!

Server specs: Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit, 4 GB RAM (Factorio + OS uses 2.36 GB), Xeon quad core, 40 GB SSD

This is most probably related to some of the desync fixes we prepared for the next version.
