Both desyncs were immediate, I never got to see what the map looked like before being forced to redownload endlessly.
The server has been up for at least 12 hours as far as I know, and didn't give me an issue when it was only up for 1 hour.

I can't solve it now, but I made a change for 0.14.12 that can help me to solve it.
Once this happens (no one can join and you need to restart the server).
Run the /toggle-heavy-mode command (Either from the console or as some of the player in game).
Once it is in the mode, the server will run so slowly, that everyone will drop, but after some time, it might generate some files into the dumps folder, if it does, you can provide those to give us info of what is wrong.
