That is simply a false positive and needs to be fixed by the developers of the software that made that mistake.

I got an answer today and they told me that it was false positive and that it was fixed.

i had this same issue when i started playing back in v.13,

my solution was to add factorio as a trusted program and then i had no more problems,

imo it's a game in development, kaspersky sees the changes and thinks it's a virus but doesn't quite understand, that is why the user is allowed to take control of the anti-virus and simply instruct it to ignore the program activity and treat it as a trusted application.

Yes that's a very individual solution. The reason that I raised this was:

1) to confirm that the developers weren't accidentally distributing a virus
2) so that the developers could contact Kaspersky to make sure that Factorio version was whitelisted so that nobody else would get the message I did.

i contacted kaspersky myself and they informed me that every time the game updates kaspersky has to re-whitelist the program, and this caused issues with the rate at which the developers released their updates and the frequency at which i play the game on the latest experimental updates, to solve the immediate issue, white listing the game is MY best option.
