*[13.12] [Twinsen] Phantom signals from constant combinators

Disconnecting and reconnecting red/green wire makes 'phantom' signals appear in the circuit network. In this test case, it doubles a constant combinator.

Started a new game in 0.13.12. No mods.
Normal
I then disconnected the central red wire. Reconnected.
Doubled signal
Mouse over any powerpole now says A=2. It should be A=1.

I removed part of the network.
Phantom signal with just powerpoles
Now I have a signal that stays around despite no actual source at all.

Additional thing to test: Just delete the constant combinator in the original picture. The signal A=1 now says.

This is strange. I half suspect that something is seriously wrong with my install that steam verification didn't catch.

I can reproduce this in 13.12. The incorrect signal does not make it into the savegame, so I assume this is a desync issue as well!

Just wanted to add that it's something about splitting networks.

It also works with simple chests and any other sources, consider this example:
Before (signals from both chests combined correctly)

After (both networks have both signals as before disconnecting instead of just one)
