[0.13.11] Impossible to uninstall mod with selection-tool

Hi,
I'm using Choumiko's Module inserter (very good mod), viewtopic.php?f=97&t=15184
but I have a problem uninstalling it, and then trying to reload the map :
Easy to replicate :
- install mod (only this one)
- create a new map.
- /c game.player.force.research_all_technologies()
- /c game.player.insert{name="module-inserter", count=1} to create the tool choumiko is using.
then save the map.
uninstall/move mod.
reload map -> error. Not able to load map without the mod installed.
mod last version :
