the map I am using a 0.9.3 that was updated to the 0.9.4.

I have a few Basic Beacons around my Factory and what I have noticed is that the beacon shows Distributing at 100% efficiency to the following items that have Effecitivity Module 2 in them.

• Assembling Machine 3
  Chemical Plant
  Steel Furnace

when I take the Speed Modules out of the Beacon and place them back the distribution returns back to 50% for those machines, I have not been able to recreate it.

That issue has been fixed and is will be resolved in the upcoming 0.10 release
