[13.9] [Pending] Volume sliders very laggy

In the audio configuration menu, it takes a few seconds for a volume slider to respond to being dragged.

I can't reproduce the issue, when I drag the slider it responds right away.

Could you provide some system information and maybe a factorio log file?
Also any steps to reproduce the problem would be really helpful

Reproduced this issue.
The problem appears when dragging the slider.
As you can see in the gif the interface stops responding after I start dragging the slider.
Clicking works as it is supposed to.

Should be fixed for 0.13.10.
