[0.13.2] Research Bonuses do not show (do not apply?)

Problem description: Research Bonuses do not show (may or may not apply, limited and anecdotal testing only)
Scenario: Map created using 0.13.0, Map Version 0.13.2-1, Mods: None (base 0.13.2 only)
Reproducible? Untested but others have reported similar problems on the Steam forums.
Results: Research Bonuses do not appear when selecting the Bonuses UI element (At Lab Speed 2).
Anecdotal evidence: Researching Bullet Damage 1 with 13 Labs took approximately 84 seconds (per stopwatch). 50 Science Packs (red + green) at 30 seconds per pack should have equated to ~115 seconds. 84 seconds is approximately 73% of the expected speed. Research speed is at +30% (Lab Speed 2). This suggests that the speed applies but is not displayed on the Bonuses UI element.
Expected Results: Research Bonuses appear.
