[0.9.0] Chemical plants not saving inventory

I have found that when I reload a saved game, some or all of the chemical plants have lost their fluid inventory, and so immediately pulls their full 100-200 input capacity from whatever source they're connected to.

No, this is a different problem than the one described in that post. In that post, it's when you pick stuff up. This is, when the game loads.
To replicate:
1. Build a chemical plant, and put some inputs in until its full.
2. Save the game.
3. Quit.
4. Load the game.
5. Check the chemical plant; the liquid inputs are gone.

Yes, this is a bug on its own. And it will be solved in 0.9.1. Thanks for the report.
