Go here : %APPDATA%\Factorio
take file factorio-current.log
add the file to the forum

there is no File name factorio-current.log
and no %APPDATA%\Factorio
!!

For the log: right click on factorio in the steam library, properties, local files tab, browse local files.
For your graphic issues: Look
