All 3 of my autosaves are now corrupt and I can't load my 2 hour+ long game now. New Hope level 2 of course.

I don't have MSI Afterburner or EVGA software installed. I am using Radeon 290x series.



I tried setting --force-opengl in my command line options in Steam.

I tried disabling the Steam overlay entirely.

Is there any way at all to save this game or did I just waste my entire evening?

Do you have any other overlays or any other programs that may be trying to hook into Factorio maybe?
Does your ATI Radeon program have some optimization software like Nvidia's game profiles?

I turned off everything I can think of that might be doing something like that. I don't have problems in other games.

All of my new autosaves have the same bug. I loaded an old manual save and played for an hour, went to reload an autosave, and same error happens. Meaning, I just lost another hour. Great.

This bug was fixed in 0.12.26
