Did you by any chance delete the tests folder on your local install some time in the past? It's saying it can't find a file that should exist unless it was deleted.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

I just want to chip in that while I understand the updater does a diff from the previous version, I normally delete the test directory and docs directory, since I never use them, and also cant update.

It would be nice if the updater could silently ignore those directories missing.

I would absolutely say that this was the issue. I ended up just downloading the full installer from the website to fix the issue.
The full installer replaced the missing test directory.

Apparently I did remove the folder sometime in the past for a reason that I cannot remember. I would have to guess that it was something I did when creating a mod and confusing myself as to why there was a test directory. It is a bad coding habit that I have of creating test folders and then removing them without ensuring that I do not need the contents thoroughly enough.

Thank you for the information!

Edit: I guess this means that I need to move to the steam build so that I can just do a "verify integrity of game cache" when i have issues. :D
