Bug:
Can place blueprint in slot not filtered to blueprints. As an example i have chosen to show it placed on top of a deconstruction planner because it's easy to see.

Steps to reproduce:

Mark an area with a blueprint but don't accept it yet.
Take a deconstruction planner and accept the blueprint.
You will now be holding the new blueprint but the selector hand in the tool bar shows that you are holding a deconstruction planner.
Press q to clear your cursor and the blueprint is now located in the toolbar slot filtered for deconstruction planners.
