[0.12.23][Modded][MP] Late-game Crash for windows but not for linux

Getting a very strange crash to desktop in our current factorio bobsmods play-though It always crashes at exactly the same point for the 2 people playing on windows, but works find for the guy on linux. After the special crash point, if the windows guys try to rejoin the game if the linux guy is host, we crash almost instantly.
If the windows guys try to play the game single player on the same map, we also crash at the exact same point every time without fail.
Trying to remove radars didnt stop the crash.
Trying to turn off the robots and the factories didnt stop the crash. (cant quite get them all before it poofs)
No trains in our game.
Trying to kill biters didnt stop the crash. (though the other guy swears that this speeds up the crash... 30 seconds earlier than when he sits and does nothing according to his timer. )
Setting biter evolution factor to zero via /c game.evolutionfactor = 0 did not stop the crash nor using /c game.forces.enemy.kill_all_units()
Here is our mods folder: Put that in the right spot should allow anyone to load up the save, posted below.
And the log file: (the last little bit of it says:" 19.148 Info Scenario.cpp:124: Map version 0.12.20-1
Factorio crashed. Generating symbolized stacktrace, please wait ... ")
And finally the save which crashes about 2 minutes after the save If any Linux users want to verify that "hey, this doesn't crash" Or windows users check "yep this crashes every time" that would be cool.
Thanks for any help! We have spent 46 hours on this factory, so it would be nice if it wouldn't die RIGHT BEFORE WE LAUNCH THE ROCKET (the game crashes at ~85% rocket completion)
