Biters came to my Coal mining outpost and destroyed some of my rails. I ran as quickly as I could to and fought them off, then equipped my power armor with personal roboports to rebuild everything. I noticed missing chain signal on one of the rails and tried to rebuild it, but I couldn't - it was already there, covered by small remnants graphic. Here's the screenshot:

Fixed for 0.12.25 by changing the draw layer of signals, thanks for the report.
